Department Achievements
Department of Civil Engineering in St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology, Chengannur is a prominent part of an institution that prides itself on offering quality technical education. Established in 2010, the department has been accredited by NBA since 2022.
The Working Professional program was started in the year 2023 with an undergraduate programme affiliated to KTU. The programme (B Tech in Civil Engineering for Working Professionals) has a sanctioned intake of 30 students.The B.Tech Working Professional course at STC is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to enhance their technical expertise and career prospects while continuing to work.
Working Professionals Civil Engineering was inaugurated by Dr. Ramesh Unnikrishnan(AICTE Advisor II) on saturday 10th February 2024.
